A grandfather keeps a watchful eye on his grandchildren while simultaneously engaging with passerby's on the streets of Trinidad, Cuba. An indelible image of Cuba imprinted on my mind is how people engage with the streets. The vibrant live theater, mingling, observing and soaking up life gives the cities and towns a palpable heartbeat. It just feels right. It feels human.
